We have an amazing opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in Birmingham. 

The team take pride in being the service partner who deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. They have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our catering services. You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests during day-to-day operations, barista coffee service, Micro Market supervision and various meetings/events and functions. Ensuring all food and beverage spaces for any style of service are set up to the required specification and food and drinks are provided in a professional and timely fashion.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week Mon – Fri
Salary: £26,000

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, preferably within an events operation.

Barista and food handling experience is beneficial as well as proficiency with using Microsoft office products.
