Location – The River Gardens (London, SE10)
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700
Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?
The River Gardens, elegantly situated on 300 metres of river frontage and set in the heart of royal Greenwich with panoramic city views. The development consists of 620 residential apartments, private gym, swimming pool, car park and Landscaped communal gardens.
The River Gardens is excellently placed and is within easy reach of the whole of London. The Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich DLR is just a 15 minute walk away and from here Canary Wharf can be reached in 13 minutes. Maze Hill mainline station is also just an 8 minute walk with direct trains to London Bridge.
What makes you successful at Rendall & Rittner?
- You will have experience as a professional Gardener
- You’ll be able to take on an advisory position, making judgements on how to optimise the outdoor space.
- You will have strong horticultural knowledge, with an understanding on what plants will be best suited to the windy and dry terrain at the development.
- You will have a meticulous way of working, ensuring the garden is kept to a high standard, you will be responsible for weeding, litter picking, jet washing, pest control and planting.
- You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire the residents into giving their input on what should be done with the garden space.
- You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries regarding the outdoor space.
- You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working to a budget and ensuring you are keeping to a high standard of health and safety.
- Drivers license is essential for this role.
