We are looking for a Front of House Team Leader to take on the ownership of ensuring this prestigious bank remains a market leader for positive visitor experience and service excellence.
The role of the Front of House Team Leader is to supervise and develop the team to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Client's business which includes visitors, clients and internal stakeholders.
Please note that this role will also require monthly visits to the banks Rotherham offices.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am – 5pm.
Salary: £31,000
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can do attitude, with the ability to set the example, oversee and develop a large, diverse team and promote change. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
