Salary: £22,152.00 per annum
(£10.65 per hour) dependent on age, plus
Service charge (Tronc) – Based on a 40 hour contract
The Purpose of
this Role:
We are looking for an
enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who enjoys being part of a team and
can offer amazing customer service to our guests in our restaurants and lounge.
Role Responsibilities:
- To accurately
take orders from guests and help them with any questions they made have
regarding the menu - To deliver food promptly in a friendly, courteous and professional manner ensuring their expectations are exceeded
- Ensuring tables
are cleared and cleaned once the guest has departed - Strong
organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well
in a fast-paced environment - Good listening
and effective communication skills - Great team

The ideal candidate:
Whilst it can be helpful for you to have some food
& beverage or customer service experience it’s not essential as for us
attitude is what counts most. As long as you have bags of enthusiasm, a
willingness to learn and take joy from being around people, we can teach you
the rest! You’ll need to have the flexibility to work both midweek and
weekends shifts.
