The Asset Management and Property Services team manages the Gloucestershire County Council estate. We are an established Property Services and Estates Management team who take pride in delivering high quality service across the County, including educational establishments, to ensure we have a fully compliant estate. We have the knowledge and expertise to advise on legislative, statutory requirements, national guidelines and best practice requirements for property matters.
How you’ll help us make a difference…
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, FM Sustainability Officer to work as part of our Asset Management and Property Services team based in Shire Hall, Gloucester.
Your Facility Management and Building Management System skills will enable you to provide effective support to Gloucestershire County buildings across the county, ensuring that all requirements of the building management systems are regularly checked to support our buildings helpdesk, in-house FM team, engineers and GCC property staff.
Your excellent communication skills will help you to establish and maintain dialogue with staff will include support for the GCC’s Building Helpdesk, including technical advice and reactive solutions.
Your customer service and complaint handling skills will enable you to investigate complaints received regarding to the provision of mechanical and electrical ventilation and heating.
