Chef De Partie – Fine Dining 

Monday – Friday

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie to join one of our exciting Fine dining restaurant on the top floor in Canary Wharf London. 

 

You will be assisting the Head chef and Sous Chef with all areas of the kitchen including health and safety and general managing to ensure exceptional customer and food service.

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards checking for taste, presentation and quality.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in line with industry regulations.
  • To ensure the effective control of a specific station within the kitchen
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation.
  • Foster effective communication within the kitchen team, promoting a positive working environment.
  • To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy
  • To assist in completion of relevant paperwork reproduction and wastage sheets, cleaning records etc

Requirement for the role

  • Enthusiastic CDP currently working in fine dining looking for a better work life balance 
  • Must have experience running sections with confidence and contributing to monthly changing seasonal menus 
  • Knowledge of modern techniques and classic fundamentals.
