JOB PURPOSE
Â
As the Executive Reward Manager you will support all aspects of the development of our executive reward strategy, policy and processes and to ensure objective and informed decision-making on executive reward and governance. You will take full accountability for certain aspects of executive reward while working collaboratively with the Director Executive Reward and/or VP Reward on other aspects.Â
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supporting the Director Executive Reward on the delivery of the Directors’ Remuneration Report, related year-end reporting and audit requirements and AGM and shareholder engagement activities, including being accountable for a number of key activities
- Supporting the Director Executive Reward and the VP Reward on the delivery of the Remuneration Committee agenda, including drafting some papers and supporting materials, obtaining cross-functional input and collaborating with our external executive remuneration advisors
- Supporting the Director Executive Reward and the VP Reward on the delivery of the annual executive reward reviewÂ
- Delivering data analysis in relation to executive reward, applying insight to draw conclusions and make robust recommendationsÂ
- Developing and implement documentation and tools for new hires and promotions for roles within the remit of the Remuneration Committee and other senior hires
- Managing all executive benchmarking requirements, including survey participation
- Leading data analysis for the delivery of gender and ethnicity pay gap reportingÂ
- Responding to ad hoc executive reward queries and undertake analysis and projects for the VP Reward and Director Executive RewardÂ

PERSONAL PROFILE
Â
- Previous experience of executive reward from a consultancy background and/or an established in-house reward team, including a good understanding of some or all of the regulatory framework, corporate governance, share plans and tax and legal aspects of executive reward
- Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt to different audiences (e.g. drafting Remuneration Committee papers, dealing with the auditors and drafting reward communications )
- Highly-motivated and proactiveÂ
- Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong analytical and IT skills (proficiency with Excel to advanced level preferred) and an ability to apply these skills creatively to ask questions, solve problems and improve processes
- Great attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality results
- Collaborative and enjoys working with others and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Proven experience of adopting a mindset of continuous improvement to make current ways of working more efficient and effective
