Warwickshire Placement Hub finds homes for children in Warwickshire. We are a small team with a wealth of experience in working with foster carers, residential providers and supported accommodation settings. We work closely with children’s teams to find the best possible homes of our children.

This role is well established and has clear guidance and expectations. However, we work in an environment of ongoing change, so we welcome people bringing their own ideas to continuously improve our placement hub. The Enhanced Team Leader will supervise and manage two full time placement hub social workers, three family support workers and one youth worker. They oversee the duty management of placement hub and by managing the wrap around service, the manager has direct oversight of interventions to stabilise homes for children of Warwickshire. You will work alongside another manager in Placement Hub to manage the day-to-day placement availability and work restoratively with children teams, foster carers, commissioning and our senior leadership team to improve our children’s care experience. You will report to the Operations Manager for Placement hub.
