Working Hours – Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1630
Salary – £25,000 per annum
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a residential development located in Fitzrovia. Consisting of 289 residential apartments. The development circles a stunning landscaped courtyard and includes commercial offices and a restored Grade II Chapel.
The development is located a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations.

you know how to deal effectively with difficult and demanding situations. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
you’ll have a good eye for details with experience inspecting vehicles and observing a security perimeter.
your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and working in a team environment.
