We are looking for Comis Chefs interested in progressing to Chef de Partie and Sous Chef roles. Succesful candidates will have an oportunity to join our Chef Acadamy which offers three months training to become a Chef de Partie.
You would then work in our cafes or restanurants in venues such as:
Barbican Centre, London Zoo, Natural History Museum, Greenwich Park, British Museum.
Starting rate: £10.50 – £11.50
Shifts: Mostly daytime and early evenings
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7
About the Commis Chef role:
- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Commis Chef within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
