Job Purpose:
The post holder will be responsible for the the accurate bagging and tagging of Prisoner Canteen requests the accurate processing of sales via the Electronic Point Of Sale system, the management of canteen stock and delivery of Canteen boxes to Residential areas.
They will also be responsible for the management and stock control of the general and uniform stores and warehouse, including issuing and delivering stock, checking of deliveries and dealing with discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
To accurately compile the prisoner canteen requests and deduct the funds from PPC/ Wages whilst maintaining accurate stock levels.
To manage the processes on the EPOS system and also the accurate processing of financial transactions on PR2
Receive and distribute purchases to relevant areas. Process inter-Establishment requests and arrange receipts/deliveries to and from the requestor’s destination.
Receipt, storage and distribution of Canteen goods ordered by HMP Perth.
Maintain accurate records on PR2 to comply with SPS Finance and Policy.
Unloading and loading of vehicles manually or by mechanical means.
