Key responsabilities:

To ensure that all goods received are properly counted/inspected to match specifications as per delivery notes

To set up all furniture required for events in co-ordination with the event sheets and the requirements of the clients

To move equipment safely and carefully to protect the fabric of building and the furniture on site

To liaise with all couriers, clients and delivery drivers with efficiency, politeness and coherence

Provide all areas of the back of house are maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and organisation that is expected from Searcy requirements

Immediately report any discrepancies to deliveries to your line manager

Carry out any other administration work required with regards to monthly equipment stock takes as directed by your Line Manager

To maintain all storages areas organised and clean at all times

To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations

To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy

To ensure all areas are regularly checked for maintenance and repairs and that any problem is reported to a member of the management team.
