The role of Back of House Supervisor is a fabulous opportunity to work with a great team and be a part of delivering exceptional events at the ExCeL London Hospitality.
Reporting to the Back of House Manager, you will be directly responsible for the key result areas below. (Amongst other, general responsibilities)
Operations:

Delivery of consistent and exceptional service standards to achieve and ideally exceed

agreed unit targets and grow our reputation for legendary customer service.

Close and detail liaison with exhibition hall clients to scope, plan and deliver their bespoke requests.

Liaison with 3rd party supplier and contractors to underpin effective service delivery.

Own the delivery of health and safety policy and process across your remit.

Supporting the logistic team building up equipment picklist once required

Alongside the Boh manager responsible for the linen stock level, as well as disposable

Alongside the Boh manager responsible of the correct equipment storage and maintenance

Supporting the washing up team once required

Supporting the Boh manager with goods receiving and keep the loading bay tidy and organised. Reporting any shortages or incorrect items.

Responsible for the wash up, pantries and any hospitality back of house area. Alongside front of house team ensuring those areas are clean and tidy at any time

Responsible to report any maintenance issue within the hospitality back of house area.

Responsible with the Boh manager to keep the warehouse tidy and well organised at any time#

Responsible for the disposable stock take, alongside the Back of House manager
