Salary: £29,000 per annum, plus overtime at Time and a Half
Hours: 42.5 hours
Contract: Full time
Our Back of House Assistant plays an integral part in ensuring the efficient operation of all Back of House areas. They will support the team by running areas of the kitchen, service areas, laundry and the cellar.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all areas are regularly cleaned and checked for maintenance and repairs.
- To maintain catering equipment storage areas
- To accept and unload deliveries for the kitchen and cellar checking in good against invoices and temperature control, storing them correctly
- To ensure stock rotation, and assisting with stock takes
- To prepare and deliver drink stock for all areas of the catering operation
- To assist with waste management
- To ensure all equipment is cleaned, stored and maintained to a high standard
- No qualifications are required, but a hard working attitude
