Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for a new challenge?
We are looking to recruit an ASYE and Practice Development Lead to develop and sustain a culture of learning and developmental excellence within Adult Social Care.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Principal Social Worker to develop, deliver and evaluate Practice Education for social work students.
They will also provide quality assurance and support to our newly qualified ASYE Social Work staff and our Higher Degree Apprentices and Social Work Students.
Applications are invited from individuals who have:
- A current Social Work qualification / registration with Social Work England.
- Experience of student supervision and a Practice Educator Award.
- Experience of working in a Social Care setting.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Enthusiasm and motivation.
