Part of the Churchill Group, Chequers Contract Services is a multi-award-winning service provider predominantly in the housing and grounds sectors. Our experience providing facilities services includes cleaning, landscaping, arboriculture, building and electrical works, to many distinguished clients across Greater London and the South of England. 

We are searching for an Administrator to join our Orpington / Croydon office, providing both clerical and administrative support to the Bulk Waste team including the coordination and implementation of office procedures.  Are you a strong Administrator who can show enthusiasm to learn and progress? Can you multitask in a fast-paced environment? 

As an Administrator you’ll be:

  • Managing workflow of tasks including raising and closing of jobs, keeping site details up to date, and identify, track and optimize relevant customer KPI’s  
  • Commercial administration tasks including, issuing quotations, raising purchase orders, invoicing and stock ordering 
  • Assist the account managers with recruitment/fleet administrative tasks  
  • Administrative support for the management team  
  • Production of reporting as required, internal and external (client-facing).
  • Liaison with clients, residents, and contractors as and when required, ensuring we maintain good client relations. 

As an Administrator you’ll have:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experienced in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships. 
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft office package  
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team 
  • Able to demonstrate and use own initiative, as well as able to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.  
  • Excellent time management skills and methodical approach to work. 
  • Responsibility for own work, can record information accurately, and pay attention to detail. 
  • Full UK drivers’ licence to commute to the Orpington office
