Job Title: Accounts Payable Non Stock Assistant

We are thrilled to announce we are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Non Stock Assistant to join our Finance Team in our Head Office in Watford.

This role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and its aim is to ensure queries are resolved and accounts are paid on time.

We offer a hybrid working pattern which involves two days working in the office and three days working from home. Please note, if successful, there will be an expectation to be in the office more for the initial training/induction period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve supplier relationships

  • Supplier statement reconciliations

  • Process invoices/credit notes

  • Resolve supplier queries 

  • Resolves internal queries with commercial team 

What are we looking for?

  • Studier AAT/ACCA/CIMA or QBE

  • 2-3 Years in Accounts Payable

  • Excel to intermediate level, good communication both written and oral

  • Retail background

  • Keen attention to detail, problem solving skills
